FOOT PAIN ALL AROUND MY BIG TOE, ANYTHING I CAN DO TO STOP IT?

ok so there is the sharp/throbbing suffering all around my large toe. it proposed out only spiteful when we went upon foot though right away the starting to harm all the time. we held my toe upon the bed th eother night as well as pulled it external the small ways as well as which done it harm terribly bad. Im not certain what it is or how we can assistance it. any suggestions or know what it is?

    If it’s Gout, try drinking more water. It’s suppose to help break up the crystals that form and cause inflammation.
